Opening Ports for Defender SN500-4CH-002 on the Sunbelt SunbeltKerioPersonalFirewall Firewall

Go ahead and open up Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall.

Click the Network Security link near the left hand side of the page.

Click the Packet Filter link near the bottom of the page.

Click the Add button.

Click the Add button to the right of the Protocol box.

Select TCP from the Name drop down box.

Click the Ok button.

Select UDP from the Name drop down box.

Click the Ok button.

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to setup Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall's firewall for Defender SN500-4CH-002. Go ahead and enter the settings shown below into the Add Rule menu.

Click the Add button to the right of the Local box.In the menu that drops down click the Add Port option.

Click the Add button to the right of the Local box.In the menu that drops down click the Add Port or Add Port Range option depending upon the port or ports are you trying to open.Enter the name for this rule into the Name box or boxes. It doesn't really matter what you put into those boxes. If you want, you can enter a description for this rule into the Description box or boxes. If you are opening a single port, enter that port number into the Number box. If you are opening a range of ports enter the lowest number of that range into the Number box in the First Port section.Then enter the last port of that range into the Number box of the Last Port section.

Click the Ok button.

Select the Both radio button in the Direction section. If you are allowing incoming traffic for those ports, you better allow outgoing as well.Selecting the Both option will do that. Make sure the Permit radio button has been selected in the Action section.Click the Ok button on the filters Page.

When you are finished, click the Apply button at the bottom of your screen.
