Go ahead and open up Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall.
Click the Network Security link near the left hand side of the page.
Click the Packet Filter link near the bottom of the page.
Click the Add button.
Click the Add button to the right of the Protocol box.
Select TCP from the Name drop down box.
Click the Ok button.
Select UDP from the Name drop down box.
Click the Ok button.

Click the Ok button.
Select the Both radio button in the Direction section. If you are allowing incoming traffic for those ports, you better allow outgoing as well.Selecting the Both option will do that. Make sure the Permit radio button has been selected in the Action section.Click the Ok button on the filters Page.
When you are finished, click the Apply button at the bottom of your screen.
And that is it! You are done!
