Before we can forward ports for UltraVNC, we need to figure out what ports UltraVNC is using. Here is a brief walkthrough on how to do that. Go ahead and open up UltraVNC and get into the Admin Properties.

In the Incoming Connections area you should see a Ports Main and Ports Http boxes. The Ports Main box lets you specify the port that will be used when you use a VNC Viewer to connect to the server. The Ports Http box lets you specify the port that will be used when you use a web browser to connect to the server. If you want to change the ports go ahead and do so. Then enter those ports into the boxes below.
Please enter the port you chose for the Ports Main box into the box below.

To setup port forwarding on this router your computer needs to have a static ip address.
Try our free PF Setup Static IP Address Program which will setup a static ip address for your computer.
Or you can take a look at our Static IP Address guide to setup a static ip address.
When you are finished setting up a static ip address, please come back to this page and enter
the ip address you setup in the Static IP Address box below.
Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.
If you do not know your routers internal IP address please read our How To Find Your Routers IP Address guide.
In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your router.
By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.1.1.
We do not currently know the default username and password for your router. If you know them, please use our
Comments page to let us know what they are. Thanks!
You can find common passwords that might work for your router in our Default Router Passwords page.
Click the Advanced Setup link.
Click the NAPT link near the left of the page.
Click the List of Proxy link near the top of the page.
We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. UltraVNC requires you to forward the ports you entered above. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the List of Proxy menu and then click Add.
