Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the AirTies RT-211 router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

Login to the AirTies RT-211 Router

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your AirTies RT-211 Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your AirTies RT-211 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The AirTies RT-211 Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your AirTies RT-211 router. By default the IP address should be set to

How to Port Forward Wengo on the AirTies RT-211

Having trouble forwarding ports on the AirTies RT-211?

If you are having trouble with this guide, then perhaps PFConfig may be your solution. PFConfig is a software tool that will automatically forward ports for your router to save you time and hassle.

Now that you are logged in to your AirTies RT-211 router you should see the following:

Click the Firewall link near the left of the page.

You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Port Forwarding.

Forward Ports 5060 on the AirTies RT-211

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. Wengo requires you to forward the following ports: 5060,10600-10601. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Port Forwarding menu.

Forward Ports 10600-10601 on the AirTies RT-211

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Port Forwarding page. Go ahead and enter those settings now.

When you're finished, click Save near the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

And that's it! You're done!

Test if Your Ports are Open

Now that you have forwarded ports for Wengo on the AirTies RT-211 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
