To setup port forwarding on the Belkin F5D7010 router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:
Now that you have setup a Static IP Address on your device, please enter the IP address that you assigned to your device here:
Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.
It's ok if you don't know your Belkin F5D7010 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:
Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.
In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Belkin F5D7010 router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.2.1.
You should see a box prompting you for your Belkin F5D7010 password. Enter the password now.
Click the Submit button to log in to your Belkin F5D7010 router.

Before we can forward ports for BYOND, we need to set the port that BYOND will be hosting on. Here is a brief walkthrough on how to do that. Go ahead and open up Dream Seeker.
Load the game that you want to host. Once the game is loaded the Host button in the lower right of your screen shot light up. Click that button and you should see the screen above. Enter the port you want to host on into the Port box. It doesn't really matter what port you choose, but remember it because it is the port you will need to forward. Please enter the port you chose into the box below.
Now that you are logged in to your Belkin F5D7010 router you should see the following:
Click the Virtual Servers link near the left of the page.
We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. BYOND Dream Seeker Host requires you to forward the ports you entered above. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Virtual Servers menu and then click Set.

And that is it! You are done!
Now that you have forwarded ports for BYOND Dream Seeker Host on the Belkin F5D7010 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
