Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the Buffalo WLAR-L11-L router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

Click the Ok button to log in to your Buffalo WLAR-L11-L router.

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. GeoVision Vital Sign Monitor requires you to forward the 5610 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Add NAT Table menu and then click Add to NAT Table.
