Port Forwarding the CNET CNAD804-NFv2 Router for Sony SNCP5

Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the CNET CNAD804-NFv2 router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

It's ok if you don't know your CNET CNAD804-NFv2 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The CNET CNAD804-NFv2 Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your CNET CNAD804-NFv2 router. By default the IP address should be set to

You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

The Default CNET CNAD804-NFv2 Router Username is: admin

The Default CNET CNAD804-NFv2 Router Password is: epicrouter

Click the Ok button to log in to your CNET CNAD804-NFv2 router.

Click the Virtual Server link near the left of the page.

Forward Ports 80 on the CNET CNAD804-NFv2

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. Sony SNCP5 requires you to forward the 80 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Virtual Server Configuration menu and then click Add This Setting.

When you're finished, click Save Settings / Reboot near the left of the screen to save your changes.
