Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the Cisco EPC3925 router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

Login to the Cisco EPC3925 Router

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your Cisco EPC3925 Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your Cisco EPC3925 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The Cisco EPC3925 Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Cisco EPC3925 router. By default the IP address should be set to

How to Port Forward QSee QT426-811-5 on the Cisco EPC3925

Now that you are logged in to your Cisco EPC3925 router you should see the following:

Click the Applications & Gaming link near the top of the page.

You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Port Range Forwarding.

Forward Ports 80 on the Cisco EPC3925

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. QSee QT426-811-5 requires you to forward the following ports: 80,6036. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Port Range Forwarding menu.

Forward Ports 6036 on the Cisco EPC3925

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Port Range Forwarding page. Go ahead and enter those settings now.

When you're finished, click Save Settings near the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

And that's it! You're done!

Test if Your Ports are Open

Now that you have forwarded ports for QSee QT426-811-5 on the Cisco EPC3925 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
