Port Forwarding the Dlink DIR-330 Router for OpenFrame 7

Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the Dlink DIR-330 router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

Login to the Dlink DIR-330 Router

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your Dlink DIR-330 Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your Dlink DIR-330 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The Dlink DIR-330 Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Dlink DIR-330 router. By default the IP address should be set to

You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

The Default Dlink DIR-330 Router Username is: admin

The Default Dlink DIR-330 Router Password is: blank

Click the Log In button to log in to your Dlink DIR-330 router.

Now that you are logged in to your Dlink DIR-330 router you should see the following:

Click the Advanced link near the top of the page.

Forward Ports 5060-5080 on the Dlink DIR-330

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. OpenFrame 7 requires you to forward the following ports: 5060-5080,16300-16700. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Port Forwarding menu.

Forward Ports 16300-16700 on the Dlink DIR-330

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Port Forwarding page. Go ahead and enter those settings now.

When you're finished, click Save Settings near the top of the screen to save your changes.

And that's it! You're done!

Test if Your Ports are Open

Now that you have forwarded ports for OpenFrame 7 on the Dlink DIR-330 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
