Before we can forward ports for VoipBuster, we need to figure out what ports VoipBuster is using. Here is a brief walkthrough on how to do that. Go ahead and open up VoipBuster.
Click Tools in the menu at the top of your screen. In the list that drops down click Options.
Click Connection on the left hand side of the VoipBuster program. You should now see the menu shown in the screenshot above. Make sure the Use Port box is checked. The number in the box to the right of the Use Port text contains the port you need to forward. You can change the port number, if you want to. Please enter the port you chose into the box below.
Now that you are logged in to your E-Tech RTBR03 router you should see the following:
Click the Virtual Server link near the left of the page.
We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. VoipBuster requires you to forward the ports you entered above. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Virtual Server Settings menu.
|Protocol||Port Range||Redirect IP Address|
When you're finished, click Apply near the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
And that's it! You're done!
Now that you have forwarded ports for VoipBuster on the E-Tech RTBR03 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
