To setup port forwarding on the Huawei SMARTAX-MT-800 router your computer needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:
Now that you have setup a Static IP Address on your computer, please enter the IP address that you assigned to your computer here:
Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.
It's ok if you don't know your Huawei SMARTAX-MT-800 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:
Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.
In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Huawei SMARTAX-MT-800 router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.1.1.
You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.
Click the Ok button to log in to your Huawei SMARTAX-MT-800 router.

Now that you are logged in to your Huawei SMARTAX-MT-800 router you should see the following:
Click the Other Settings link near the left of the page.
You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click NAT.
Click the Add button.

QNAP TS-239 Pro requires you to forward the 20-22,25,80,137-139,443,445,548,873,3306,6000,6881-6999,8080,9000,13131,55536-56559 ports. Select REDIRECT from the Rule Type drop down box.
Use the Protocol drop down box to select the protocol type of the ports you are forwarding.
Enter the ip address to forward these ports to into the Local IP box. If you are forwarding ports so you can run a program on your computer, you should enter your computer's ip address into that box.
Leave Global Address From and Global Address To set to 0.0.0.0.
Leave Destination Port From and Destination Port To set to Any Other Port.
If you are forwarding a single port, enter that port number into the Destination Port From and the Destination Port To boxes. If you are forwarding a range of ports, enter the lowest number of that range into the Destination Port From box. Then enter the highest number of that range into the Destination Port To box.
When you are finished, click the Submit button.
Click the Advanced Function link near the left of the page.
You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click IP Filter.
Select Low from the Security Level drop down box.
Select Accept from the Public Default Action drop down box.
Select Accept from the Private Default Action drop down box.
When you're finished, click Save & Reboot near the left of the screen to save your changes.
And that's it! You're done!
