Port Forwarding the Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN Router for SWAT3

Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN router your computer needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:


Now that you have setup a Static IP Address on your computer, please enter the IP address that you assigned to your computer here:

Login to the Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN Router

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.2.1.

You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

The Default Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN Router Username is: admin

The Default Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN Router Password is: admin


Click the Login button to log in to your Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN router.

How to Port Forward SWAT3 on the Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN

Now that you are logged in to your Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN router you should see the following:

Click the Application button near the top of the page.

The menu on the left should change. In this new menu, click Port Forwarding.

Forward Ports 16639 on the Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. SWAT3 requires you to forward the 16638,16639 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Port Forwarding menu and then click Add.

Forward Ports 16638 on the Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Port Forwarding page. Go ahead and enter those settings and then click Add.

And that is it! You are done!


Test if Your Ports are Open

Now that you have forwarded ports for SWAT3 on the Intracom NetFasteR-WLAN you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
