To setup port forwarding on the Leviton Leviton_10-100 router your computer needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:
Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.
It's ok if you don't know your Leviton Leviton_10-100 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:
In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Leviton Leviton_10-100 router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.1.1.
Click the Ok button to log in to your Leviton Leviton_10-100 router.

You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Virtual Server.
Click the Add button near the bottom of the page.

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Add Virtual Server Table page. Go ahead and enter those settings and then click Apply.
And that is it! You are done!
Now that you have forwarded ports for XBOX360 Battlestations Pacific on the Leviton Leviton_10-100 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
