To setup port forwarding on the Linksys WRT54G-TM router your computer needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:
Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.
It's ok if you don't know your Linksys WRT54G-TM router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:
In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Linksys WRT54G-TM router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.0.1.
Click the Ok button to log in to your Linksys WRT54G-TM router.

Move on to the port forwarding section . in you router.
Now that you are logged in to your Linksys WRT54G-TM router you should see the following:
Click the Applications & Gaming link near the top of the page.
You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Port Range Forwarding.
We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. QSee QSDR1616GRC-500 requires you to forward the following ports: 80,9000. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Port Range Forwarding menu.
You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Port Range Forwarding page. Go ahead and enter those settings now.
When you're finished, click Save Settings near the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
And that's it! You're done!
Now that you have forwarded ports for QSee QSDR1616GRC-500 on the Linksys WRT54G-TM you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
