How to Port Forward DC++ on the Marconi Marconi-Model2

Having trouble forwarding ports on the Marconi Marconi-Model2?

If you are having trouble with this guide, then perhaps PFConfig may be your solution. PFConfig is a software tool that will automatically forward ports for your Marconi Marconi-Model2 router to save you time and hassle.

Before we can forward ports for DC++, we need to set which port DC++ is using. Here is a brief walkthrough on how to do that. Go ahead and open up DC++.

Click File in the menu at the top of your screen. In the list that drops down click Settings.

Make sure the Active radio button has a dot in it. I'm not absolutely sure that entering your external ip address in the IP box is required. You can try leaving it blank, but if you remain unconnectable try putting your external ip address into that box. Your external ip address is 54.81.80.46. Enter the port you want DC++ to use into the TCP Port and the UDP Port boxes. You can enter whatever port you like into those boxes, but a port between 10000-60000 will most likely not be blocked by your ISP. Please enter the port you chose into the box below.
