Port Forwarding the Netcomm NB6Plus4 Router for Medal of Honor 2010

Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the Netcomm NB6Plus4 router your computer needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

Login to the Netcomm NB6Plus4 Router

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your Netcomm NB6Plus4 Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your Netcomm NB6Plus4 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The Netcomm NB6Plus4 Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Netcomm NB6Plus4 router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.1.1.

You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

Click the Ok button to log in to your Netcomm NB6Plus4 router.

Forward Ports 9946 on the Netcomm NB6Plus4

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. Medal of Honor 2010 requires you to forward the 9946,12000-16000,17502,42100 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Add New Port Forwarding Rule menu and then click Apply.

Forward Ports 12000-16000 on the Netcomm NB6Plus4

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Add New Port Forwarding Rule page. Go ahead and enter those settings and then click Apply.

Forward to Internal Host IP Address:

By using the rules:
Protocol External Packet Forward to Internal Host
Port Start Port End Port Start Port End


Forward Ports 17502 on the Netcomm NB6Plus4

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Add New Port Forwarding Rule page. Go ahead and enter those settings and then click Apply.

Forward to Internal Host IP Address:

By using the rules:

Forward Ports 42100 on the Netcomm NB6Plus4

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Add New Port Forwarding Rule page. Go ahead and enter those settings and then click Apply.

And that is it! You are done!
