To setup port forwarding on the Netcomm NB9W router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:
Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.
It's ok if you don't know your Netcomm NB9W router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:
In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Netcomm NB9W router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.1.1.
You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.
Click the Ok button to log in to your Netcomm NB9W router.

If you can't login to your router because you forgot your Netcomm NB9W router username and password, use our How to Reset a Router Password guide to set your Netcomm NB9W router back to its factory settings.
Now that you are logged in to your Netcomm NB9W router you should see the following:
Click the Advanced Setup link near the left of the page.
You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click NAT.
You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Port Forwarding.
Click the Add link near the top of the page.
We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. GeoVision DispatchServer requires you to forward the following ports: 21112. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Port Forwarding menu.

And that is it! You are done!
Now that you have forwarded ports for GeoVision DispatchServer on the Netcomm NB9W you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
