In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Netgear R6300 router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.1.1.
You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

If you are having trouble with this guide, then perhaps PFConfig may be your solution. PFConfig is a software tool that will automatically forward ports for your Netgear R6300 router to save you time and hassle.
First we need to make sure that your DVR is configured correctly. In the KGuard menu system you should see the following.|
Go ahead and select Main Menu.
Now select Network
Make sure Type is set to Static, then make a note of the IP Address listed here. In the picture above the IP Address is listed as 192.168.001.100. Yours will be different. Write down the numbers that you see on your DVR. This is the address that you'll be forwarding the ports to.
Now that you are logged in to your Netgear R6300 router you should see the following:
Click the Advanced link near the top of the page.
Click the Advanced Setup link near the left of the page.
You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Port Forwarding / Port Triggering.
Put a dot into the Port Forwarding radio button.
Click the Add Custom Service button near the bottom of the page.
We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. KGuard KG-SHA104.V2 requires you to forward the AppFullPortsListTag ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Add Custom Service menu and then click Apply.
You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Add Custom Service page. Go ahead and enter those settings and then click Apply.
And that is it! You are done!
Now that you have forwarded ports for KGuard KG-SHA104.V2 on the Netgear R6300 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
