Login To The Paradigm PTI-8411_Annex-A Router Using Your Web Browser
Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.
In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Paradigm PTI-8411_Annex-A router.
By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.1.1.
You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

Click the Ok button to log in to your Paradigm PTI-8411_Annex-A router.

Configuring the DVR to pick up an IP address
Press Menu on the front panel of the DVR
Enter the password: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & press the <enter> button (center of arrow pad)
Select IP Config.
Press the ESC button to exit out to the live cameras
Power Cycle the DVR
Remove the power cable from the back of the DVR.
Wait 20 seconds.
Plug in the power cable.
Identifying the IP address
Press the Info button on the front of the DVR
Write down the IP address, subnet mask & gateway on your screen.
Assign a Static IP
Enter the password: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & press the enter button (center of arrow pad).
Select IP Config
Input the same IP address, subnet mask & gateway - (you wrote down earlier).
Now you have completed the steps required for configuring the dvr.

Now that you are logged in to your Paradigm PTI-8411_Annex-A router you should see the following:
Click the Advance link near the top of the page.
Click the Firewall link near the top of the page.
You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Port Forwarding.
Forward Ports 80,2000 on the Paradigm PTI-8411_Annex-A
We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. QSee QSTD5304 requires
you to forward the 80,2000 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Port Forwarding menu and then click Add.
When you're finished, click Save near the top of the screen to save your changes.
