To setup port forwarding on the Paradyne 6381 router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:
Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.
It's ok if you don't know your Paradyne 6381 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:
In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Paradyne 6381 router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.0.1.
Click the Log In button to log in to your Paradyne 6381 router.

If you can't login to your router because you forgot your Paradyne 6381 router username and password, use our How to Reset a Router Password guide to set your Paradyne 6381 router back to its factory settings.
Now that you are logged in to your Paradyne 6381 router you should see the following:
Click the Advanced button near the top of the page.
The menu on the left should change. In this new menu, click Port Forwarding.
Put a dot into the User radio button.
Click the New button near the bottom of the page.
We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. Apprentice requires you to forward the 4747 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Custom Port Forwarding menu and then click Apply.

Select the applications you just created in the Available Rules list, then click the Add > button to move them to the Applied Rules box.
When you're finished, click Save Settings near the left of the screen to save your changes.
And that's it! You're done!
Now that you have forwarded ports for Apprentice on the Paradyne 6381 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
