Port Forwarding the SMC WBR14-G2EU Router for Timespliters Future Perfect

Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the SMC WBR14-G2EU router your computer needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:


Now that you have setup a Static IP Address on your computer, please enter the IP address that you assigned to your computer here:

Login to the SMC WBR14-G2EU Router

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your SMC WBR14-G2EU Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your SMC WBR14-G2EU router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The SMC WBR14-G2EU Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your SMC WBR14-G2EU router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.2.1.

You should see a box prompting you for your SMC WBR14-G2EU password. Enter the password now.

The Default SMC WBR14-G2EU Router Password is: smcadmin


Click the Login button to log in to your SMC WBR14-G2EU router.

Click the Advanced Settings link near the left of the page.

You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click NAT.

You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Virtual Server.

Forward Ports 3000,13505 on the SMC WBR14-G2EU

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. Timespliters Future Perfect requires you to forward the 3000,13505,18070-18075 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Virtual Server menu and then click Add.

Forward Ports 18070-18075 on the SMC WBR14-G2EU

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Virtual Server page. Go ahead and enter those settings and then click Add.
