Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the Solwise SAR715 router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

Login to the Solwise SAR715 Router

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your Solwise SAR715 Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your Solwise SAR715 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The Solwise SAR715 Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Solwise SAR715 router. By default the IP address should be set to

You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

The Default Solwise SAR715 Router Username is: admin

The Default Solwise SAR715 Router Password is: admin

Click the Ok button to log in to your Solwise SAR715 router.

Now that you are logged in to your Solwise SAR715 router you should see the following:

Click the Advanced Configuration link near the left of the page.

You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Security(Nat,Firewall).

Click the Advanced NAT Configuration link near the center of the page.

Click the Add Reserved Mapping link near the center of the page.

Forward Ports 3074 on the Solwise SAR715

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. XBOX360 Full Auto requires you to forward the 3074 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Add Reserved Mapping menu and then click Add Reserved Mapping.

Global IP Address Internal IP
(Set to to use the primary IP address of the interface "ppp-0")

Click the System link near the left of the page.

When you're finished, click Save Config near the left of the screen to save your changes.

And that's it! You're done!

Test if Your Ports are Open

Now that you have forwarded ports for XBOX360 Full Auto on the Solwise SAR715 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
