Port Forwarding the SpeedUp SU-8800MBR Router for L2J

Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the SpeedUp SU-8800MBR router your computer needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:


Now that you have setup a Static IP Address on your computer, please enter the IP address that you assigned to your computer here:

192.168.1. <-- Don't Skip This Step!

Login to the SpeedUp SU-8800MBR Router

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your SpeedUp SU-8800MBR Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your SpeedUp SU-8800MBR router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The SpeedUp SU-8800MBR Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your SpeedUp SU-8800MBR router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.1.1.

You should see a box prompting you for your SpeedUp SU-8800MBR password. Enter the password now.

The Default SpeedUp SU-8800MBR Router Password is: admin


Click the Login button to log in to your SpeedUp SU-8800MBR router.

Click the Advanced Setup button near the top of the page.

Click the Forwarding Rules button near the top of the page.

Click the Virtual Server link near the left of the page.

Forward Ports 80 on the SpeedUp SU-8800MBR

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. L2J requires you to forward the following ports: 80,2106,7777. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Virtual Server menu.

Forward Ports 2106 on the SpeedUp SU-8800MBR

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Virtual Server page. Go ahead and enter those settings now.

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Virtual Server page. Go ahead and enter those settings now.

When you're finished, click Save near the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

And that's it! You're done!


Test if Your Ports are Open

Now that you have forwarded ports for L2J on the SpeedUp SU-8800MBR you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
