Port Forwarding the Sweex CC300011 Router for The Better Mod-TBM

Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the Sweex CC300011 router your computer needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

Login to the Sweex CC300011 Router

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your Sweex CC300011 Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your Sweex CC300011 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The Sweex CC300011 Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Sweex CC300011 router. By default the IP address should be set to 10.0.0.2.

You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

The Default Sweex CC300011 Router Username is: admin

The Default Sweex CC300011 Router Password is: epicrouter


Click the Ok button to log in to your Sweex CC300011 router.

Now that you are logged in to your Sweex CC300011 router you should see the following:

Click the Virtual Server link near the left of the page.

Forward Ports 28000-28030 on the Sweex CC300011

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. The Better Mod-TBM requires you to forward the 28000-28030 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Virtual Server Configuration menu and then click Add This Setting.

Forward Ports 28000-28030 on the Sweex CC300011

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Virtual Server Configuration page. Go ahead and enter those settings now.

Click the Save Settings / Reboot link near the left of the page.

When you're finished, click Save & Reboot near the top of the screen to save your changes.

And that's it! You're done!


Test if Your Ports are Open

Now that you have forwarded ports for The Better Mod-TBM on the Sweex CC300011 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
