Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the Xavi X5258-P2 router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

Now that you are logged in to your Xavi X5258-P2 router you should see the following:

Click the Advanced link near the left of the page.

You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Port Forwarding.

Put a dot into the User radio button.

Click the New button near the bottom of the page.

Forward Ports 3074 on the Xavi X5258-P2

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. XBOX360 Bennu requires you to forward the 3074 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Port Forwarding menu and then click Apply.

Select the applications you just created in the Available Rules list, then click the Add button to move them to the Applied Rules box.

When you're finished, click Apply near the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
