To setup port forwarding on the Zioncom IP0803 router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:
Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.
It's ok if you don't know your Zioncom IP0803 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:
In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Zioncom IP0803 router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.0.1.
Click the Ok button to log in to your Zioncom IP0803 router.

If you can't login to your router because you forgot your Zioncom IP0803 router username and password, use our How to Reset a Router Password guide to set your Zioncom IP0803 router back to its factory settings.
Now that you are logged in to your Zioncom IP0803 router you should see the following:
Click the NAT button near the top of the page.
You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Port Forwarding.
We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. FTP requires you to forward the 21 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Port Forwarding< menu and then click Add.

When you're finished, click Save near the top of the screen to save your changes.
And that's it! You're done!
Now that you have forwarded ports for FTP on the Zioncom IP0803 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
