Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the Zoom 5560ADSL router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

Login to the Zoom 5560ADSL Router

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your Zoom 5560ADSL Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your Zoom 5560ADSL router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The Zoom 5560ADSL Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your Zoom 5560ADSL router. By default the IP address should be set to

You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

The Default Zoom 5560ADSL Router Username is: admin

The Default Zoom 5560ADSL Router Password is: zoomadsl

Click the Ok button to log in to your Zoom 5560ADSL router.

Now that you are logged in to your Zoom 5560ADSL router you should see the following:

Click the Advanced Setup button near the top of the page.

Click the Virtual Server button near the center of the page.

Forward Ports 80 on the Zoom 5560ADSL

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. QSee QC444 requires you to forward the 80,37777 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Virtual Server Configuration menu and then click Add This Setting.

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Virtual Server Configuration page. Go ahead and enter those settings and then click Add This Setting.

When you're finished, click Write Settings to Flash and Reboot near the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

And that's it! You're done!

Test if Your Ports are Open

Now that you have forwarded ports for QSee QC444 on the Zoom 5560ADSL you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
