Port Forwarding the ZyXEL P-660R-D1 Router for NHL 2004

Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the ZyXEL P-660R-D1 router your computer needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your ZyXEL P-660R-D1 Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your ZyXEL P-660R-D1 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The ZyXEL P-660R-D1 Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your ZyXEL P-660R-D1 router. By default the IP address should be set to 192.168.1.1.

You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.

Click the Ok button to log in to your ZyXEL P-660R-D1 router.

Now that you are logged in to your ZyXEL P-660R-D1 router you should see the following:

Click the NAT link near the center of the page.

There should be a dot in the SUA Only setting. If this isn't the case, you can not setup port forwarding without making a major change to your network. I wouldn't advise changing this unless you know what you are doing. Alright, if there is a dot in the SUA Only setting, go ahead and click Edit Details.

Forward Ports 3658 on the ZyXEL P-660R-D1

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. NHL 2004 requires you to forward the following ports: 3658,10300,13505. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Edit SUA/NAT Server Set menu.

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Edit SUA/NAT Server Set page. Go ahead and enter those settings now.

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers Edit SUA/NAT Server Set page. Go ahead and enter those settings now.

When you're finished, click Save near the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

And that's it! You're done!


Test if Your Ports are Open
