To setup port forwarding on this router your computer needs to have a static ip address.

When you are finished setting up a static ip address, please come back to this page and enter
the ip address you setup in the Static IP Address box below.
Do not skip this step!
In windows click on the Start button, and then click Run. This will bring up a Run program box. In the textbox in that window type cmd (WinXP/2k/Vista/Win7) or command (Win95/98/ME). Then click the Ok button. A black msdos prompt window should be open in front of you. Type telnet 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, and then press the enter key on your keyboard.
You should prompted for your password. Enter your password now. By default the password is 1234.

Type 15 at the prompt to get to the Nat options.
Type 2 at the prompt to get to the Nat Server Sets options.
Enter the port to forward into the Port # box.
Enter the ip address to forward these ports to into the IP Address box. If you are forwarding ports so you can run a program on your computer, you should enter your computer's ip address into that box.
Type enter at the prompt.
Type 99 at the prompt.
