To setup port forwarding on the ZyXEL Prestige650HW router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:
Now that you have setup a Static IP Address on your device, please enter the IP address that you assigned to your device here:
In windows click on the Start button, and then click Run. This will bring up a Run program box. In the textbox in that window type cmd (WinXP/2k/Vista/Win7) or command (Win95/98/ME). Then click the Ok button. A black msdos prompt window should be open in front of you. Type telnet 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, and then press the enter key on your keyboard.
You should prompted for your password. Enter your password now. By default the password is 1234.

Type 15 at the prompt to get to the Nat options.
Type 2 at the prompt to get to the Nat Server Sets options.
Type 1-10 at the prompt to get to the Server Sets Configuration options.
We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. Painkiller requires you to forward the following ports: 3455. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Nat Server Setup menu.
