Port Forwarding the ZyXEL ZyWall10 Router for Dark Messiah of Might and Magic Steam Client

Before Forwarding a Port Setup a Static IP Address

To setup port forwarding on the ZyXEL ZyWall10 router your device needs to have a static IP address. You should complete one of the following steps first:

Login to the ZyXEL ZyWall10 Router

Now we need to know your routers IP address. You can find it a variety of ways.

How To Find Your ZyXEL ZyWall10 Router IP Address

It's ok if you don't know your ZyXEL ZyWall10 router's internal IP address. You can find it by doing one of the following:

Login To The ZyXEL ZyWall10 Router Using Your Web Browser

Open a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Enter the internal IP address of your router in the address bar of your browser.

In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the internal IP address of your ZyXEL ZyWall10 router. By default the IP address should be set to

You should see a box prompting you for your ZyXEL ZyWall10 password. Enter the password now.

The Default ZyXEL ZyWall10 Router Password is: 1234

Click the Ok button to log in to your ZyXEL ZyWall10 router.

Now that you are logged in to your ZyXEL ZyWall10 router you should see the following:

Click the SUA/NAT link near the left of the page.

Forward Ports 4380 on the ZyXEL ZyWall10

We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. Dark Messiah of Might and Magic Steam Client requires you to forward the following ports: 4380,27000-27050. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the SUA Server menu.

Forward Ports 27000-27050 on the ZyXEL ZyWall10

You should see another page of settings that need to be entered into one of the blank lines on your routers SUA Server page. Go ahead and enter those settings now.

When you're finished, click Apply near the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

And that's it! You're done!

Test if Your Ports are Open
