Welcome to my Fallout: New Vegas walkthrough. In this walkthrough I am going to show you the best/fastest way of finishing the game (Note: I will not do any side-quests, just the ones necessary to finish the game). Fallout New Vegas is a very complex game, let's start out with some basic stuff about it, shall we?

Skills: At the beginning of the game, the game will give you the opportunity to boost up 3 Skills out of 13. Skill levels can also be increased by allocating the skill points you get when leveling up. I would suggest leveling up Lockpick, Speech and Science/Medicine first. Speech being one of the most important skills in the game that will be needed at the end of it.

Lockpicking: Your skill level determines which locks the game will allow you to pick. Your skill level must be at least the same as the lock's rating so you can attempt to pick it.

Combat: While in combat, use your V.A.T.S. (Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System) for an easier fight. You can select different areas of the enemies' body. Various actions cost Action Points (AP), once you've ran out of AP you will not be able to use the V.A.T.S. until it regenarates back.
