Run up to the objective.

Then go free the sage.

Kill all the enemies and free the sailors.

Swing over to the next boat to the left and free the sailors.

Then to the next and free the sailors.

Run up the glowing thing and go over to the next boat on the right and free the sailors.

Then go to the smaller boat and take over it.

Fight and also progress to the checkpoint.

Then sail on time to the checkpoint.

Sail to the island then get off the boat and swim to the island.

Kill what you need to and then craft a health upgrade.

Then go back to the boat.

Sail on to the objective.
