There are four guards guarding this page.
If you look to the right you will see a mercenary band you can hire. I didn't bother with that. Instead I just killed the guards myself. Mercenaries are great if you need a distraction. When you plan on killing the guards anyways, well they just slow things down.
Take the guards out. These guys are pretty tricky. They can't be counter attacked or disarmed.
Select your hidden blade, and counter attack with it to kill them.
When they are dead walk in and loot the codex page.
