Animation celceling is the act of quick movement of hero after doing an attack or casting spell. For example, after a hero attack, quickly click any place on the ground to move. You will notice the increse of response for a hero with long animation like C

For spell animation canceling, take note that channeling spell will be canceled if you do this unless you wants to end casting your spell.
