8.12 - Winch

Winch is a tool to make a user-controlled length of rope. Set the key at the setting.

First, point an object.

The click on other place to attach it. It can be done vice-versa.

If you press the key for expand, the rope will be longer. The longer you press, the longer the rope.

Same as the contract key.

This rope also have elasticity properties but the properties can't be changed as much as Elastic tool.
