Quickly hide behind the wooden crates. There are quite a few archers shooting arrows at you from across the way.
These archers are foolishly taking cover behind boxes of explosives. Run your arrows through the nearby torch and into the boxes of explosives for maximum carnage.
Once you have blown up or shot all of the archers, climb up the nearby ladder. Run around the ledge to the open door and proceed in.
