Kill all of the guards that are in your way.
There are some explosives in the room at the end of the walkway you are on.
Aftertouch an arrow through some fire and then guide that flaming arrow to those explosives.
The door behind the explosives will blow up, and you can then proceed through it.
Once you are through the door you will see another guard coming your way. This one needs to be shot in the head.
His armor makes him invulnerable to arrows.
