The mission will begin right after walking out of the elevator.
Make your way through the dam's interior.
You will come across a few enemies, take them out and fight your way to the bridge.
After getting past the bridge, keep on making your way through the remaining hallways.
At some point, you will come across a lift, use it to make your way to the top of the lift shaft.
As you make progress towards the top of the lift shaft, enemies will start attacking you. You can choose to take cover behind boxes as you pass them by or you can start taking them out.
After making it to the top of the lift shaft, fight against the remaining enemy soldiers and make your way to Rak.
After making your way outside, you will come across Rak, who's flying a helicopter. Try to take cover as much as possible against it.
Use the Pressure Control Terminal to destroy Rak's helicopter.
Once Rak's helicopter is destroyed, a fighting cutscene between Rak and James will begin playing.
At the end of the cutscene, you will have to shoot Rak down.
The mission will come to an end after killing Rak.
