Use the middle piston to help you shoot your portal above the broken ladder.

Use the pistons with portals to help get you above. Then fling yourself up to the next ledge.

Portal paste these quick pistons and the next lot of pistons too.

Get atop all these pistons to get a clear shot off at some white surface past the fence.

Jump down onto the pipe and use portals to get onto the piston and jump ahead and down the hole.
