When you've got enough light seeds for your next power, go back to the temple. Have Elika step in to the blue circle by repeatedly pressing triangle.
Wall run out to the first blue plate.
You will be slung to the next blue plate, and so on and so forth.
When you see a blue door go out it, to exit this area.
