Forwarding Ports in Your Router for Silent Hill 4: The Room

Silent Hill 4: The Room is Konami's Survival and Adventure game released in 2004.

Silent Hill 4: The Room includes the following styles of gameplay.

  • In a survival game you simply need to stay alive. Some have waves of enemies that get harder with each wave. Many are horror based, supernatural, or post-apocalyptic. They generally focus on conserving resources such as ammo and health, and sometimes employ elements of stealth.
  • Adventure games are very heavily story driven. You are usually the main character and are the one who discovers the true plot as the game progresses.

Port Forward Silent Hill 4: The Room

Since Silent Hill 4: The Room is a single player game there should not be any need to forward ports for it. Most of the time only multiplayer games need a port forwarded. However it is possible that some single player games might need a port forwarded for things like: updates, downloading new content, and license activation. Any time you want to you can run our Port Finder application to see if Silent Hill 4: The Room is opening up any ports to know for sure. When you are done running Port Finder it will show you the network ports.

  1. Download and install Network Utilities. This is a free download.
  2. After you launch Network Utilities click the Port Finder button.
  3. Be sure to follow the instructions closely because finding game ports can be challenging.
  4. The Port Finder will upload port information to us and we'll add it to the site after looking at it.
