Sequence 2: part 2
Tail the guards by following them (don't come to close but don't lose them out of sight) and blending in with the groups of people.
Keep following the guards until they run by a ladder.
You can either climb on the ladder and continue tailing them over the rooftops or keep blending in with the citizens.
After tailing them long enough they will run towards a citizen and attack him.
Run towards the gards and kill them before they kill the man.
