A green circle will appear on your map. Go to the green circle.
This guy is walking around in an area totally surrounded by guards.
Go to the North.
There is a group of courtesans here.
Use them to distract the guards, so you can get close and kill your target.
The girls will draw the guards off of their post.
Assassinate your target. I used poison. You'd be better off using your hidden blades. Poison takes too long to kill him with this many guards around.
When he dies, False Legacy will be synched.
