Ring-a-Ding-Ding!
Once you've reached the Strip's North Gate, you will have to go and talk the Securitron in front of the gate.
You will have to pay 2,000 caps to enter The Strip.
Once you've entered The Strip, head to the Tops Casino.
Talk to Benny who's inside the Tops Casino. He will give you the key to the Tops presidential suite and tell you to meet him there.
Once you're inside, Benny will tell you over the intercom next to the exit that he has no intention of coming up to the suite. You have a speech check of 35 and another one of 50 that will help you convince Benny that you will no longer pursue him or interfere with his plans, that way he will not send his assassins to kill you.
After Benny escapes with the platinum chip, take the elevator to the 13th Floor and search his suite.
This is the door to Benny's Suite.
You will find a hole in Benny's Suite that will lead to Yes Man, a securitron that will help you out.
Asking him about the chip and Benny's escape will finish the 5th quest - Ring-a-Ding-Ding
At the end of the conversation with Yes Man, he is going to give you 4 quests: Wild Card: Change in Management, Wild Card: Side Bets, Wild Card: You and What Army?, Wild Card: Finishing Touches. Then, you're free to leave the Tops Casino.
