Use super jump to ge up on the ledge.
While sprinting use super jump to get really far.
Wait for the platform to come down and then jump to the next platform that will be underneath you.
Jump on one of the spinning platforms and ride it to the otherside.
Grab the cristal.
Use sprint and super jump to get in range to graple.
Graple to the rock and when you are halfway to it let go so you can propel yourself forward.
Wait for the stone to come close and then ride it to the next platform.
Ride the rock until you can throw yourself to the next platform.
Grab the second cristal.
