Casing the Jewel Store
After the cutscene, get in the car and drive over to Vangelico's. When you arrive, exit from the car and walk over to the jewelry store to trigger a cutscene.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "PERFECT PICTURE
Exit the store and get back in the car. Drive around the block to the southeastern corner of the building under construction.
Go up the stairs and take the ladder to the roof. Go the other side of the roof and climb up to the highest vantage point.
From there, switch to Camera Mode and snap a photo of the air conditioning unit.
Once that's done, go back down to the car and drive back to the garment factory to choose the Heist plans (and complete the mission).
