Go down the hill until you get to this building.
Get through the other side.
Keep walking down the hill until you get to this building.
Jump down to the railroad tracks.
Go through here where there's a little spot you can jump over so you can avoid some zombies.
There you go.
Now get to the bridge.
Just keep walking down the bridge and the safe room will be a cart that was a part of the train.
