Head down the road.

Cross the bridge by jumping to the other broken side.

Now go down the tunnel.

Stay to the left and there'll be a door

Go down the stairs.

Head through this door.

Jump from the walkway to the ledge. Then go up the stairway.

Go to the left of this rock for a little shortcut.

Follow the light and the safe room will be up above you.
