As Harry, stand on the buttons starting from the right side. Stand on each one long enough for Ron to ride closer to your current location.

Release Scabbers into the pipeline to open the gate.

Stand on one of the button and the second character will do the same to lower the platform. Jump on the platform and you will get to the Gold Brick.
