Kill soldiers inside the car with the welder
hen get back to your previous place and kill the rest of the enemy troops

You can do it from the long distance if you have rocket launcher But if you don't, then you will have to use your hammer or remote explosives.
The last target is to kill general. You have to find a carand start chasing your enemy. When you will be in front of him he will start shooting
Do the same but in a much more effective way.
